Only the Truth, Read if you Dare...
Over the last many decades, upon serious reflection with regard for all human activity, reasonable citizens have been coming to the realization that there are three Conceptual Spheres of Human Activity. Naturally, excluding external effects, humans develop to seek:
Freedom Democracy ♥ CULTURE
Associative ♦ POLITICS
cooperation ♣ ECONOMY
Given the natural organization of a human being, we all have innate needs and ambitions as a baseline for whichever human activity we feel called to focus on, in service of our fellow citizens. These three basic ‘suits’ of human activity form a basis for all healthy, three-folded relationships. All three contribute to the stability of the Whole of the activity and each must address the other two’s needs authentically.
Can one hide behind one’s rights?
What shall Constitute our community?
Do we take our rights and freedoms for granted?
How does whole develop while respecting individual Free Will?
How can we all work together toward our common human goals?
Citizens are responsible for their community. Awareness of responsibility bears not on conditions. In less than nine months’ time, our nation-to-nation Transformational Circle will be celebrated in every community as the new Constitution takes effect:

Live and Let Die - Virus or architecture?
Since the passing of the country’s last real estate moguls his many property holdings, inherited before the major changes to the Income Tax Act (ITA) of 2026, have all been transferred to new trusts. They will be directed by individual Urban Land Trusts to best benefit their various local and regional communities, per the current ITA articles.
After decades of land underutilizations, Citizen’s finally understood the negative effects of such unengaged ownerships. Eventually, politicians understood the moral obligation to correct their unspoken dependency on for-profit-development and its proven false promises based on fibs. Planners and Architects have been looking forward, for decades, to these key pieces of our city’s urban puzzles becoming available to properly engage with their physical neighbours and regional contexts.
Their previous owner was a diehard opponent of the ITA reforms. So much so that he would refuse to pay the 100% capital gains tax on non-value-added-property increases in value, out of spite. He would rather spend more of his financial wealth fighting the government than return to the community the money value they brought him through the real estate holdings. As the citizenry’s consciousness slowly took hold over its rightful governance, he also experienced a decline in social popularity associated with being a wealthy landowner. ITA reforms sought to correct in favour of healthy social relationships aligning real estate ownership with humane values.
Planners had long sought solutions to the eternal reality that ‘sitting’ on inherited real estate stifled healthy urban development cycles. Much like the single-storey tiny old shops were the grit in the urban development gears. The solution, in the end, was not to be found in the in the Rights Sphere ♦ of urban planning but in the Economic Sphere ♣, both attending the authentic human needs of the Social Sphere ♥: healthy stewardship in service of humanity in 2091.
Not for the reason-compromised!
Exploring Spheres of Human Activity:
♥ CULTURE ♦ POLITICS ♣ ECONOMY
Each activity tends to be in perpetual movement, given their core human will. In service of a balanced Whole, each Sphere must address the other two’s needs. This innate need for balance is the required elemental tension that must be present in all relationships.
When elements are unbalanced, we all feel it instinctively in our dealings with each, other or a corporate body. Encroachment of one Sphere of Activity into another leads to destructive results due to one overbearing Sphere over others. i.e.:
♥ theocracy, ♦ socialism, ♣capitalism…
Each tension element must then also exist freely and be healthy while simultaneously balancing a living tension with others. These tension elements are:
Authority:
Individuals actors have final authority over their human activities. i.e.: Lawyers in law. Teachers in education…
Responsibility:
Human fields of activity to be truly independent of the others. i.e.: Business in healthcare? Lawyers in agriculture?
Accountability:
Each human activity is to account for the well-being of all others. i.e.: Education budget for safety rules.
Therefore, all legally delegated professions shall be free, with only the ARA guiding their actions in support of maintaining a living balance between Spheres (♥♦♣) and in service of patrons and citizens. As far back as 80 to 90 years ago, Architects and Engineers were realizing that their personal responsibility toward the citizens, that delegated and entrusted their safety to these professionals, was becoming imbalanced due to unfair tensions (lowest fee competitions, exclusion from planning and design context of communities). Today, we owe a lot of our advantages to those brave Architects and Engineers who spoke up and acted for the health of our community.
No, this is not a joke
Reaching for a bottle of water used to be a common reflex 50 years ago. Little did most people appreciate how it highlighted their monetary problem: the value water has is unchanged by the expiration of the vessel. Water is always good, as human activity is fruitful. The expiring bottle compels us to use it or lose it before the water is contaminated by leaching chemicals from the vessel. Some would even give it away before it expires because their own well being is currently taken care of.
We take for granted that fiat money stores value but we too-often forget that its value is not in the metals, papers or ink patterns. The value of human activity is exchanged for the sake of human well being, not for trophies’ sake. Value is only useful to human well being when value is continually exchanged, a community’s blood cells, actively mingling with human activity.
As humans have grappled with exchanging value incessantly, it is naïve to think the status quo is the final perfect solution. The single largest and most-wide-spread dis-ease is the concentration and ransom of its apparent value. Like holding 99% of the water hostage, such conditions are not sustainable and are simply unexplainable within stated high-flutin’ values.
Living money, or more accurately dying money, would serve human well being more appropriately by ensuring a continuous flow, a natural exchange like the cycle of flowing water into the expiring bottle. Once their needs resolved, healthy human beings would rather share their accumulated value with others than see their trophies turn to poison – and lose their value altogether.
Money is a medium of exchanging goods or services. When it was made to expire, spending and infrastructure development exploded in every jurisdiction, even before the actual date of implementation. All human activity found its rightful place, from growing food and raw materials to design and construction to maintenance and administration – the value of human well being found its vessel.
Read carefully, if not at all
The world’s largest cooperative corporation announced that it will sign another contract with the Greater Inuit Nation (GIN) to provide Permafrost Energy Capture (PEC) to its fifth Central Heating and Cooling Plant in its eastern sector. GIN Elders described their appreciation for CH4us’ for-public-benefit values coupled with its innate ‘peoples’ oversight’ governance model. “The two parties continue to meet in a strong circle of sustainable responsibility” said one Elder.
The cooperative cultivates its technological fruits from the old, open-sourced, NASA, Russian and Alberta Oil technology to extract thawing methane (CH4) gas, among others, to assure energy to yet another region of Arctic Circle development.
Mr. Phil Meup, spokesperson for CH4us, was visibly ecstatic at the media dialogue. The company’s social media highlighted that with each industry’s development and subsequent regions’ sustain-ability, higher living wages for all Canadians resulted within a few years, even accounting for all of its territories around the world.
Even after all their proven success, CH4us is still challenging Architects and Engineers to develop sustainable solutions to satisfy the various challenges such as temporary, floating, and mobile working infrastructure, establishing new communities and related businesses. Mr. Meup pointed out that he still personally participates in all the initial, mandated, Rooting Circles and Design Charrettes along side the same department directors and their new operations engineers and local labour force. He noted that he always looks forward to each session as they are in service of a new community’s needs as much as the entire country’s needs, if not the world’s.
The Canadian Architects’ and Engineers’ Act (CAEA), of 2026, requires licensed professionals file project statement of intent reports for each phase over $5M in estimated construction costs. Read them as they are posted within 5 days of each milestone.
Who wants to hire the loser?
In 2091, the Canadian Architects’ and Engineers’ Guild (CAEG) is celebrating its 65 years of pioneering health and safety leadership. Back in the days of sanctioned corporate greed, some pioneers of the association mobilized an opt-in silent, but constructive, protest by moving all their financial vehicles to Credit Unions. The seemingly innocent act is looked back upon as the watershed moment leading to the moral solidarity required by professionals retaking their perception of Authority associated with the Responsibility cast onto its members.
Eventually, as every self-regulating provincial association, for either Architects or Engineers, confronted their own “Why are we here?” question, they all recommended to their legislatures and the Members of Parliament that since the foundational goal of their personal Responsibility for fellow citizen’s life safety in public buildings, their delegated Authority should flow from the national legislative authority as a single gesture. The provincial Acts were all dissolved and the CAEG enacted January 1, 2026.
The legal ripples, formed by human action, rocked the legal community for many years. In the end, a legal framework was re-formed. Just as the national Constitution is broad with regional and finite exceptions, solutions were found in service of human activity aligned with current human values.
Jack Campbell, current chair of CAEG, conveyed some harrowing stories told him by members practicing under provincial laws. Most salient for him were stories of rampant undercutting of professional fees and the public’s view of the services as rubber stamping without any awareness of responsibilities. He adds: “Architects and Engineers take more pleasure in practicing their calling to seek the balance in dynamic points of view that make up a truly healthy (♥♦♣) project. Their stressed tension was laying the destructive path. The constant integrated cultivation is what ensures a healthy tension between facets. They are not competing interests; they are co-dependant interests. Together, our members are their biodynamic agents. Budgets, functions and lives are better for it!”

Minister of the Design was in Kangiqsualujjuaq, on the shores of the George River, last Thursday. She, and the Ministers of ‘Public Interest’ and ‘Common Wealth’, opened another CH4us central energy cooperative. She shared that her ‘ministering’ to the whole of human cultural projects has been a humbling experience for her, and her 20,000 staff, as they endeavour to keep up with development in the Greater Inuit Nation (GIN).
The thawing Arctic ice packs and global temperatures have resulted in a general population shift towards the poles since the 2030s. Riding the electric trains presents beautiful vistas and one can appreciate the vision of the pioneers of planned communities and central energy plants, dating back 120 years.
Their expertise and leadership was crucial to other Northern jurisdictions’ development. These have exploded onto the world scene, mainly for their common wealth management models and human relations expertise. The GIN was the only application to have its North Pole claim unanimously recognized at the UN, in 2038, highlighted by the sustainability and security achievements that GIN has been realizing.
These integrated projects ensure North American connectivity to the European network through its Artic Floating Information Berg (AFIB) armada of quantum computing centres, a legacy gift to humanity from the Bill, Melinda, Elon Foundation.
Since the 2025’s fossil fuel crisis, when the world’s leading nations dissolved their space programs and universally implemented the moratorium on all space launches, secure, reliable, surface connectivity links have been the core issue facing our interconnected world. This link now assures sustainable energy, assuring a viable information gateway from Europe to all North American East Coast city hubs.
Minister of the Design’s memo outlined the achievements, patents and corporations involved. It also itemized the financial re-investments realized through the Ministry’s unique goods and services acquisition strategies.
This Crown is for Hire
Just as difficult as it was for some to see the material reasons for investing in the earth’s life forces (biodynamic) in the 18th-20th centuries, we must not forget those that are still struggling with the reality of non-material integration. True Reality always trumps humans’ flawed concepts.

The last Royal Proclamations will be read, past offences’ effigies buried and a formal, largest ever, smudging circle will be the beginning of these festivities, 600 years in the making. The AE Guild’s President has stated its member Architects and Engineers are excited about a process that began with their call for Manifestos in 2020 and the subsequent brave actions of its members to spearhead informed, authentic, public discourse leveraging their members skills as third-party experts in collaboration.
