Less than a decade from now, when the border children, orphans of war and those left in the dark after natural disasters get older without proper care, love and education, we will have to face new challenges and face consequences of our decisions. We will probably need new labels as well; Criminal, Animal, Homeless and Savage will not apply to these forlorn beings.
